Planning, Design, and Construction

Planning, Design, and Construction provides major campus planning, architectural design and construction services in support of San Diego State University’s academic, research, and student-life mission. We are a department in the area of Real Estate, Planning and Development under the division of Business and Financial Affairs. Capital projects are initiated and prioritized through the university’s executive leadership and are developed in alignment with CSU policies, systemwide capital planning processes, and long-term campus master plans.
